And if we aren’t able to resolve your question through email, we also have team members available to speak directly via phone.

Product Questions

What kinds of products do you offer?
We offer toilet paper, kitchen towels, and facial tissue – all with great performance and competitive value. The full range of Fiora® products is listed on our Brands page. We work hand-in-hand with private label customers to leverage shopper insights that help us develop the tissue and towels products that are right for their own brands.

Are Oasis Brands products safe for sewers and septic systems?
Yes. Extensive tests show that when our products are used as intended in a properly functioning plumbing system, they shouldn’t cause plumbing problems.

Do any of your products contain any inks or dyes?
None of Oasis Brands’ products contain inks or dyes. However, we do offer a scented product. Fiora® Lavender Scented Bath Tissue has a specially treated core (not the tissue itself) for a unique “fresh lavender” scent.

Where can I purchase your products?

Donation Questions

Do you ever donate products to worthy causes?
As a growing company, the heart of our corporate social responsibility is being an active partner in the organizations we support and giving back to the communities in which we operate. Alongside our contracted manufacturers, Oasis donates product to a variety of local charities in Virginia and California, such as the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank and the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. We also work with our retailer partners to extend and champion their giving back efforts, such as the Houchen’s Relief Project and the Idaho Foodbank in support of Albertsons Cos. Please review Oasis Brands’ Donation Policy to see if your organization or charity qualifies.

Sustainability Questions

Are your products sustainable?
Yes. Fiora® tissue and towels are certified to standards set by the Programme for Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC), whether sourced in the U.S. or abroad. PEFC is the world’s largest certification for forest and wood products, and is an internationally recognized symbol for responsible sourcing, indicating pulp fiber derived from well-managed forests and controlled wood sources, and suppliers and manufacturers who are committed to the protection of High Conservation Value Forests. Oasis Brands offers the same on-pack certification option for our private brand customers. To learn more, please read our Sustainability Policy.

What is Oasis Brands’ relationship with APP?
We have a long term strategic supply partnership with Asia Pulp & Paper (APP).  APP is currently Oasis Brands’ principal supplier of base paper used to make Private Label products, as well as PEFC-certified Fiora® tissue and towels. We are proud to be part of the driving force behind APP’s progress in its Forest Conservation Policy, and its historic commitment to Zero Deforestation. APP has won new-found support from environmental and other non-governmental organizations all over the world, and in 2014 was the only pulp and paper manufacturer invited to join major companies like Unilever, Nestle, and McDonalds in signing the United Nations New York Declaration on Forests, a global commitment to conservation.
